Complaint about delivery: damaged package
Did you receive a package that is clearly damaged?
- Ask the driver to make a note of the damage immediately.
- Report the damage within 5 days of receipt via [email protected].
- After this period, we can no longer hold the carrier liable and the possibility of compensation will lapse.
To help us help you as best we can, please send us:
- Your order number and delivery date
- Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
- Photos of the damaged products
- Any additional information
Warranty period
- All items purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Is your item defective or not functioning properly? Please contact us. We will be happy to help you.
How do I make use of the warranty?
- Report the defect within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered it.
- If we deem the complaint to be valid, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or reimbursement after consultation.
- The maximum reimbursement is equal to the price you paid for the product.
