Complaints

  • We aim to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.
  • We are only satisfied when you are.

Complaint about delivery: damaged package

Did you receive a package that is clearly damaged?

  • Ask the driver to make a note of the damage immediately.
  • Report the damage within 5 days of receipt via [email protected].
    • After this period, we can no longer hold the carrier liable and the possibility of compensation will lapse.

To help us help you as best we can, please send us:

  • Your order number and delivery date
  • Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
  • Photos of the damaged products
  • Any additional information

Warranty period

  • All items purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Is your item defective or not functioning properly? Please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

How do I make use of the warranty?

  • Report the defect within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered it.
  • If we deem the complaint to be valid, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or reimbursement after consultation.
  • The maximum reimbursement is equal to the price you paid for the product.

  3. Indicate which item is defective.
  4. Describe the problem as clearly as possible.
  5. If possible, add photos or videos of the item and the defect.

Exceptions
No warranty is provided on:

  • Custom products (made to order)
  • Processed products
  • Spray painting
