Delivery times
Our products are assembled after ordering to ensure the quality you expect from Solar Guard Exclusive Truck Parts. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery times apply to products in stock. Around public holidays and in December, delivery times may be longer. Product pages show whether an item is available.
Large packages are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which may slightly affect delivery times.
How long does delivery take?

Products in stock are shipped within 1-5 working days.

Orders are shipped once complete.

Shipping costs and carriers are calculated based on package size and weight.
Drop-off authorization
Some carriers offer “drop-off authorization.” We strongly advise against this. If you choose this option, all rights for damage or loss are waived, and the risk is entirely yours.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
We hold a UK VAT number and ship to the United Kingdom via DHL, UPS, or TNT. Customers are responsible for clearance fees and import VAT.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. At checkout you can select “Pick up at Solar Guard”. This is always free of charge. Our customer service will contact you when your order is ready.

Wrong delivery address?
If you entered the wrong address, please call us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update it.
Package not received?
Track your parcel via the link provided in your email. If the delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us at [email protected].
Delivery complaint: damaged parcel
If a parcel is visibly damaged, ask the driver to make a note of it.
If your product or parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 5 days of receipt via [email protected]. After this period, we cannot hold the carrier liable, and compensation cannot be guaranteed.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible under the following conditions:

Within 14 days of receipt.

The product is unused and undamaged.

The product is not custom-made (e.g. custom sun visors, spoilers, or tailor-made items).
How do I return an item?
